FINNOVATE’s Privacy Policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our various Services. By using our Services, you agree that FINNOVATE can use such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Website Credentials and not provide these to any third party. We recommend that you change your password periodically. If you think that security of your Credentials have been compromised, change your password and contact us immediately for further assistance.

FINNOVATE Charges and Fee Structures

• Currently FINNOVATE does not charge the User fees for its Services, apart from the commissions it receives directly from the AMCs. This is apart from any charges/fees that may be levied by the AMC, if any. However, all liabilities and obligations of the Registered Clients hereunder to FINNOVATE / Mutual Fund / AMCs / Trustees of the AMCs shall be joint and/or several, as the case may be.
• FINNOVATE reserves the right to change its fee structure from current free structure to charging fees in the future for any of its Services. Any such changes will be communicated by FINNOVATE to the User through email and / or mobile notification, at least 30 days prior to revision, and the User will be given the option to continue with the revised structure or stop using our services without any fee to FINNOVATE, excluding any statutory charges or taxes as the case may be.

We are constantly adding new services and improving and changing our existing Services. Also we may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may stop a Service altogether. In each case, we will give you reasonable advance notice.

You can stop using our Services at any time, subject to terms and conditions of those Services. FINNOVATE may also stop providing Services to you, or create new limits/restrictions to our Services at any time.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions:

You understand and accept that FINNOVATE has the absolute discretion to amend or supplement any of the terms at any time, and will give a reasonable advance notice for such changes. The changed terms and conditions shall be communicated to you on the website and/or by other acceptable modes of communication. By continuing to use the said FINNOVATE services, you shall be deemed to have accepted the changed terms and conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You understand and agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai as regards any claims or matters arising under these Terms and Conditions. All disputes will be governed by the laws of India.

You understand and agree that these terms are in addition to, and not in derogation of, the applicable terms and conditions relating to your usage of any other FINNOVATE’s services that you may be currently availing, or may avail in the future.

If any term contained in these Terms is unenforceable, it will not affect the other Terms.
