Refund Policy for Finnovate Services:

At Finnovate, we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality financial fitness planning, investment advisory, and wealth management services. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund may be requested. Therefore, we have outlined our refund policy below:

  1. Financial Fitness Planning (FinnFit Plan):

    • Basic FinnFit Plan with Goal Setting: This service is provided free of charge to all clients who create their plan on our FinnFit platform. As this service is complimentary, no refunds are applicable.
    • Detailed FinnFit Plan with FinnFit Counsellor Session: If you have paid for a detailed FinnFit Plan session with one of our FinnFit Counsellors and are not satisfied with the service provided, you may request a refund. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the counselling session. Refunds will be issued minus any administrative fees incurred.
  2. Wealth Audit:

    Our Wealth Audit service is a value-added paid service aimed at streamlining your investments and estate planning. If you are dissatisfied with the results or service provided, you may request a refund within 14 days of the completion of the audit. Refunds will be issued minus any administrative fees incurred.

  3. Insurance Services:

    Finnovate offers a range of health and life insurance options. Refund policies for insurance services may vary depending on the specific insurance product and the policies of the insurance provider. Please refer to the terms and conditions of your insurance policy for details on refunds.

  4. Investment Advisory and Management:

    Our investment advisory and management services are aimed at helping clients grow their wealth safely and surely. If you are dissatisfied with our investment recommendations or portfolio management services, you may request a refund within 30 days of the initiation of the service. Refunds will be issued minus any administrative fees incurred.

General Refund Terms:

  • All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to our customer support team at services@finnovate.com.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed.
  • Finnovate reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the outlined criteria or are deemed to be fraudulent or abusive.
