Planning Process

  • How much time do I need to spend every month?

    Most of your time is required only during the initial planning phase. After that, involvement is limited to review meetings or when a life event occurs.

  • What are the exact steps in financial planning?

    The process usually includes understanding life goals and priorities, collecting financial information, building a structured plan, explaining recommendations clearly, and supporting implementation and reviews.

  • How do you build my plan?

    We map goals, cash flows, risk, insurance, loans, and taxes, then set asset allocation and product choices that fit your profile.

  • What do I get in the first month?

    Discovery call, data gathering, a written plan, implementation guidance, and your first review session.

  • What will change after I start?

    You get a clear plan, a structured portfolio aligned to your goals, and ongoing tracking with rebalancing so decisions are no longer ad hoc.

  • How do you assess my risk level?

    Risk is assessed using time horizon for goals, income stability, existing responsibilities, and comfort with market ups and downs. It is not based on age alone.

  • How are goals prioritised?

    Goals are prioritised based on urgency, importance, and time horizon. Short-term and essential goals are treated differently from long-term wealth goals.

  • How often is the plan reviewed?

    Plans are reviewed periodically and whenever there is a major life or financial change.

  • How do I judge outcomes?

    We review goal progress, risk alignment, cost efficiency, and whether your allocation stays on track, not short-term market noise.

  • What returns should I expect?

    Returns are market-linked and not guaranteed. We focus on discipline, asset allocation, costs, and risk control through cycles.

  • What changes over time and what stays fixed?

    Goals, income, and market conditions change over time. The core planning framework and discipline remain consistent.

Pricing & Payments

  • What are your advisory fees?

    Our advisory fees are charged directly to clients and are linked to your Assets Under Advice (AUA). The applicable fee percentage depends on the slab shown below, with separate rates for Mutual Funds + Direct Equity and PMS/AIF.

    GST will be extra on the fees.

    For Bonds / fixed-income investments, a one-time 0.50% fee may apply in the year of investment (in addition to the above).

  • What are Finnovate's FinnFit Membership Levels?

  • Is pricing monthly, semi-annual or annual?

    Pricing is annual only. It renews after a year and stays the same unless your AUA slab changes as per the table. An active subscription is needed to continue receiving new updates, recommendations, and priority support.

  • Do you offer free trials?

    We do not offer free trials. If you purchase and decide within 30 days that Finnovate isn't going to be the right fit for you then you are eligible for reimbursement per our refund policy. All we ask is that if you do encounter a roadblock that you reach out to our support team so that we can provide assistance.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    For your convenience, we accept UPI Payments, NEFT/IMPS Bank Transfers, Debit Cards (Credit Card not allowed). We accept payments online and offline mode through cheques.

  • Can I upgrade to another plan at a later date?

    Yes. You can upgrade to another Plan at any time on our support site. When upgrading you will have renewal date equal to the same day that you upgraded.

  • Will I get an invoice and agreement before payment?

    Yes. Proper documentation is shared as part of onboarding.

  • Will you provide support?

    We provide email/WhatsApp and scheduled call support. In-person support is available for subscribed customers.

  • What do I get without paying?

    You can access basic guidance, educational content, and a discovery call to understand fit. Paid plans unlock full planning, execution, and ongoing reviews.

  • How are meetings done?

    Online (Calendly/Meet) or in-person where feasible; you also get support via email/WhatsApp for updates.

  • Is my data secure?

    Yes. We use bank-grade 256-bit encryption, role-based access, and logged sessions. We do not share your data without consent, except where required by law.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Yes. A refund is available within 30 days of the initial purchase if Finnovate does not meet your needs, subject to the refund policy.

  • What is your refund/cancellation policy?

    Engagement terms are shared before onboarding. Planning fees cover time and expertise; retainers can be stopped with notice as per agreement.
