Complaint redressal & escalation

A client's queries or complaints may arise due to a lack of understanding or a deficiency of service experienced by the client. Clients can seek clarification to their query and are entitled to make a complaint in writing, orally or telephonically.

  2. Compliance Officer: If you do not receive a response within 10 business days of writing to the Client Servicing Team, write to the Compliance Officer. You can expect a reply within 10 business days of approaching the Compliance Officer.
  3. SEBI SCORES: If not satisfied with our response, lodge your grievance with SEBI at https://scores.sebi.gov.in. SCORES may also be accessed through the SCORES mobile application (available on the Google Play Store).
  4. ODR Portal: If unsatisfied with the response, the dispute may be referred to the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) portal established per SEBI circular SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/131 dated July 31, 2023 — https://smartodr.in/.
